‘Participation at the 16th National Undergraduate Mathematics Olympiad – 2025’

The World University of Bangladesh is delighted to announce that a team in association with the Basic Science Division proudly participated in the 16th National Undergraduate Mathematics Olympiad – 2025, Dhaka North Region. The event was hosted by Daffodil International University in collaboration with the A. F. Mujibur Rahman Foundation – Bangladesh Mathematical Society.

The competition took place on 21 November 2025, with participation from more than fifteen Universities across the region. The event showcased the mathematical talent and enthusiasm of undergraduate students, fostering a spirit of academic excellence and intellectual growth.

The remarkable enthusiasm demonstrated by the participants further encouraged the organizers and highlighted the importance of such platforms in nurturing analytical skills. The Basic Science Division of WUB plans to expand this initiative on a broader scale in the future, aiming to enhance students’ competencies and contribute to building a positive and intellectually vibrant community.
